Responsibilities
- Operate box truck safely and efficiently for local/regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and customer communication
- Manage route optimization to meet tight delivery schedules
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling during transit
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time load updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Proof of commercial insurance (Liability $1M)
- Reliable box truck (26' or smaller) in good condition
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles metro area
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
