Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional weekend deliveries
- Pre-trip inspections and documentation compliance (DOT logs, manifests)
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Navigate Phoenix metro area routes efficiently using GPS systems
- Maintain clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status with dispatch and clients
- Basic trailer maintenance troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in Arizona climate
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of AZ traffic laws and route planning
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
