Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for weekend delivery routes across Indiana
- Inspect and maintain trucks before/after shifts to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate delivery records
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route changes or delays
- Secure and verify cargo during transit to prevent damage or loss
- Complete necessary paperwork and electronic logging for compliance
- Represent the company professionally with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
