Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) on designated weekend routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution standards.
- Maintain accurate records using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and logs.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.
- Current DOT medical card and drug screen clearance.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs occasionally.
