Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for weekend deliveries within Texas
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight using proper equipment and techniques
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interiors
- Resolve delivery exceptions and communicate with clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Texas roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent time management and communication skills
