Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight across North Carolina
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations as needed
- Participate in ongoing safety and compliance training
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- No prior experience necessary – we train! (Must have CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for delivery verification
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Pass background check and drug screening
