Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for weekend delivery routes within Fort Worth metro area
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with precision and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding delivery status
- Load/unload cargo efficiently using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain clean driving record and report any incidents immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth area roadways and Texas highways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with occasional weekdays
