Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) for weekend delivery routes across Houston metro
- Load/unload freight with precision and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Navigate efficiently using GPS while maintaining on-time delivery schedules
- Communicate professionally with dispatch team and clients
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Houston metro area and surrounding regions
- Flexibility for early morning weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
