Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local/regional freight delivery within Texas
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Safely load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety policies
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS systems for route optimization and timely deliveries
- Complete electronic logs (ELD) and delivery documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Current DOT medical certification and TWIC card preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and delivery regulations
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
