Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods across designated Seattle and Washington routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols during all operations
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain vehicle inspection logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Utilize GPS technology for optimal navigation and real-time traffic avoidance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metro area traffic patterns and delivery zones
- DOT medical certification and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
