Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring satisfaction with every delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Obey all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Handle package documentation accurately and update tracking systems.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (Commercial Driver's License Class B is a plus but not required).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a clean driving record.
