Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team in real-time
- Assist with package loading/unloading at warehouse location
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland metropolitan area
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and app usage
- Reliable transportation to and from warehouse
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Background check and drug screening required
