Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food items to residential and commercial addresses using company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely weekend deliveries
- Maintain professional communication with customers regarding delivery status and special requests
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (fuel, cleanliness, minor maintenance checks)
- Accurately process payments and manage delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional service during high-volume weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during weekend shifts
- Strong knowledge of Tampa area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to depot location
