Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within the Tampa metropolitan area.
- Adhere strictly to provided route maps and delivery timelines to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling signatures and managing delivery inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle throughout your shift.
- Report any delivery exceptions, vehicle issues, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Fold and stack packages professionally to ensure secure transport and presentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must possess a reliable smartphone with data access for GPS and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
