Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and issues via mobile app
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse facilities
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience with GPS navigation and delivery apps preferred
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (weekend availability required)
