Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for on-time package delivery in Nashville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via mobile app
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and traffic safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution centers
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive customer service
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and route optimization meetings
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience (CDL Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Smartphone proficiency for route navigation and app communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic GPS navigation skills and route familiarity
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
