Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Raleigh
- Load/unload vehicles with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update GPS tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must be 21+ years old with reliable vehicle or ability to use company vehicle
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
