Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver food packages and merchandise to customers across Phoenix using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via app-based tracking
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and temperature requirements
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit time
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable personal transportation to depot location
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
