Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage assigned weekend delivery routes within the Oakland metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
- Ensure the safe loading, unloading, and handling of packages and cargo to prevent damage during transit.
- Interact professionally with customers at every stop, ensuring a positive and courteous delivery experience.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
- Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle and uniform appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation, GPS apps, and digital proof of delivery.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
