Responsibilities
- Timely delivery of packages and food items to Oakland residences and businesses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness before/after shifts
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
- Resolve delivery exceptions with professionalism and proactive communication
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
