Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package and food deliveries across Minneapolis metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure temperature-sensitive items are handled according to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Assist with inventory management at distribution hubs during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs/uneven surfaces
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening as per DOT regulations
- Food handler certification preferred for restaurant deliveries
