Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Milwaukee area.
- Obtain valid signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and fuel-efficient at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions with a smile and maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Use handheld devices for GPS navigation and digital documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficiency with mobile devices for GPS navigation and e-signatures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
