Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate delivery vehicles, ensuring proper loading and securing of cargo.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Use handheld technology to manage delivery status and customer communication.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays as required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local driving tasks.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
