Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Memphis area.
- Interacting professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Loading and unloading cargo from delivery vehicles using hand trucks or dollies.
- Verifying delivery addresses and collecting signatures as required.
- Performing basic vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keeping the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Current, valid state-issued ID.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking and digital paperwork.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
