Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle to ensure items arrive undamaged.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Log all delivery activities and vehicle maintenance in the mobile app.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate Los Angeles traffic efficiently.
- Must pass a background check.
