Responsibilities
- Timely and accurate delivery of packages to residential and commercial locations within designated LA zones
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using GPS navigation and real-time traffic updates
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
- Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Represent SwiftRoute Logistics with professionalism and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods and major roadways
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
