Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages to designated addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices for accurate tracking and proof of delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols strictly.
- Route planning and time management to meet delivery windows.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and scanning.
- Reliable access to a reliable vehicle suitable for commercial delivery.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
