Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers and businesses.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery truck efficiently and safely.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every stop.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred, but Class C is acceptable for local routes.
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or digital payments.
- Physical stamina to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience with handheld scanners or delivery software is a plus.
