Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses in Oakland.
- Verify package contents and ensure accuracy of delivery orders before handing over.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, resolving any delivery issues.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process receipts.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
