Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Raleigh area.
- Ensure the accuracy of all deliveries and handle any customer returns or exchanges professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety standards of the delivery vehicle.
- Use handheld devices to log delivery statuses, time, and route information accurately.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery van.
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle that is insured and in good working condition.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging tasks.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work scheduled weekend shifts, typically Saturday and Sunday.
