Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages to designated delivery locations efficiently and safely.
- Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations while navigating Houston traffic.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Utilize handheld delivery devices to update status and route information.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with GPS and handheld technology.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
