Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Columbus area.
- Load and unload parcels efficiently, ensuring all items are secure and undamaged during transit.
- Verify package counts and delivery addresses to ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and communicating clearly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance reports.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver’s License (or equivalent standard license).
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate local routes efficiently.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
