Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Phoenix, AZ.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, route planning, and electronic proof of delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious infractions).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries.
