- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within designated DC zones
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking and mobile scanning systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform vehicle pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and maximize efficiency
- Handle package sorting, loading, and unloading with care
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Reliable personal vehicle (if not using company vehicle)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM)
