Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated residential and commercial locations in Houston.
- Verify and record delivery information, including signatures and photographs, using our mobile application.
- Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving delivery issues promptly.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and protected from damage.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills and proficiency with smartphone GPS apps.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
