Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Houston
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance
- Handle cashless payments and process digital transactions seamlessly
- Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery interaction
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone proficiency for our delivery app and navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic math skills for handling cashless payments
- Customer service experience preferred
