Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across El Paso
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely weekend service
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at each delivery point
- Load/unload packages efficiently while ensuring proper handling of fragile items
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols during all deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation to workplace
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management skills to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Knowledge of El Paso area neighborhoods preferred
