Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within El Paso
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and organize cargo for optimal delivery routes
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing SwiftCourier's brand standards
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (delivery or commercial preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
- Reliable personal vehicle (if using personal vehicle, additional mileage reimbursement provided)
