Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail goods to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Verify recipient identities and obtain proper signatures for high-value deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional communication
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Reliable transportation to/from shift start location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing delivery priorities and schedules
- Basic math skills for cash handling (if applicable)
