Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of food orders using personal vehicle or company-provided scooter
- Verify order accuracy and maintain pristine customer service standards
- Optimize routes using our proprietary navigation app for maximum efficiency
- Handle cashless payments and maintain transaction records
- Perform pre/post-shift vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via real-time app
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or willingness to use company scooter
- Smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and tip calculation
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 10am-8pm)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
