Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Columbus city streets and navigation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
