Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery time while adhering to traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with dispatch team to update delivery status in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading operations using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (or ability to use company vehicle) with valid insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland neighborhoods and navigation apps
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Customer-focused communication abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Background check and drug screening required
