Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Cleveland
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Verify delivery details using mobile scanning technology and obtain proper signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any route issues or vehicle concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs/deliveries
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight delivery windows
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation and scanning apps
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior delivery experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
