Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using GPS navigation
- Provide friendly, professional customer interactions at every stop
- Manage temperature-controlled deliveries for food/beverage items
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to safely operate vehicles in all weather conditions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Experience with GPS navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shift
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
