Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Chicago metro area.
- Adhere strictly to delivery time windows to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Perform a vehicle inspection before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Update delivery status accurately via our mobile app.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
