- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using GPS navigation
- Maintain pristine vehicle condition through daily inspections and cleanliness protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, on-time deliveries
- Optimize routes using company-provided technology for maximum efficiency
- Accurately document deliveries and handle cash transactions when required
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper lifting techniques
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication
- Reliable smartphone with data plan and basic tech literacy
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
