Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift; report maintenance issues.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and paperwork.
- Handle package returns, exchanges, and damaged goods according to procedure.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong navigation skills with knowledge of the Charlotte metro area.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for handling digital delivery manifests.
