Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within the Boston metro area.
- Utilize the mobile driver app to navigate routes, confirm deliveries, and handle digital signatures.
- Ensure the proper handling and protection of all packages during transit.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service upon delivery.
- Perform a pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Smartphone proficiency (Android or iOS) for app navigation.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
