Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Boston metro area.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring it is ready for the next shift.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing a friendly and professional unboxing experience.
- Utilize the company mobile application to track packages and manage delivery statuses in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues to the dispatch team.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities (Android or iOS).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong sense of time management and ability to work independently.
- Residency in or willingness to travel within the Boston, MA area.
