Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, meals, and goods to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof-of-delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to traffic laws
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS to minimize delivery times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- 1+ year professional driving experience (commercial or personal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends consistently
- Boston area familiarity preferred
